FACILITY RENTALS
The Space
McLaughlin Studios Music, Dance, Theatre Arts is a 7,350 sq. ft. music, dance and theatre arts center located at 3470 Swetzer Road, Loomis, CA 95650 in Downtown Loomis. Our facility includes 7 music studios with central air and heat, chairs and stands, small storage unit, pianos and drum sets available (additional), 1 dance studio, featuring brand new sprung wood bamboo floors, mirrors, sound system and stage access, 1 black box theatre with raised sprung floor, new cyc wall, access to large backstage area, lighting, sound, central air, and heat, and 1 theatre classroom ideal for music, acting, art, and lecture classes with chairs, tables, white board available. High ceilings in the dance and theatre create a well-lit airy space for rehearsals, events, workshops, and more.
Rentals
McLaughlin Studios Music, Dance, Theatre Arts is interested in developing long-term partnerships with music teachers, dance companies, independent choreographers and nonprofits to support rehearsal, workshop, performance, meeting, program space and event needs.
As a new rental venue, we are interested less in single or short-term rehearsals, but as we are starting up we will consider these requests as we fill the space with long-term partners and programs. We prefer that a renter book a minimum of 4 hours to be entered into our system. Once a renter has established a relationship with us, single or short-term reservations are feasible for our small team of program staff to manage.

McLaughlin Studios is a full service teaching facility for music, dance and theatre arts providing students of all ages with the skills they need to enjoy music, dance and theatre for their lifetime. We are dedicated to maintaining a professional teaching environment with qualified teachers encouraging students to be creative and confident through positive learning experiences. Our passion is to share our knowledge and love for music, dance and theatre arts with our students and community.
